The activities brought on by K2Real have ultimately produced a comprehensive analysis of the “state of the Group” and determined an equity capital requirements for future years. Through various scenarios strategically viable or potentially verifiable, it was also possible to simulate in advance any additional financial needs thus enabling different stakeholders to carry out reflections on the act of recapitalization of the Group.
