We supported the Client in the following tasks:
development of a strategic plan which has led to the identification of the investment vehicle able to better harmonise the PA requests in the economic and regolamentary context of reference
selection of the assets to be transfered to the fund: feasibility studies, technical analyses, due-diligences; “as is” evaluation of the asstes and further assessment of the potentialities of transformation according to the their natural vocation and the real estate market demand;
identification of the priorities of development and growth of the city, in consultation with the PA Property and Urban Planning Departments, and support to the operational steps that were required in the valorization procedure;
support to the elaboration of the process, by public tender, of selection of the Fund management company: K2Web virtual data-room was used for the monitoring of the web access to documents and for the management of Q&A, for the publication of all tender and assets documentation.
